Responsible of the guidance and admission activities to achieve assigned business targets

**Key purpose of the role

Orientation & Admission Process Supervision**:

Marketing and Promotional Activities** - Ensures participation in information and orientation activities for prospective students online and on-site in the territory (e. g. , open days, open weeks, open lessons, fairs, orientation in schools) and for upselling activities on current students in order to encourage progression to a next course

**4.

Reporting**:

- Ensures the analysis of periodic reporting to monitor results (data analysis) and the definition, in collaboration with Country Italy Business Development Senior Manager of functional corrective actions to achieve the defined targets of enrollment and conversion

**5.

People Leadership and Management** - Manages a team of people with the goal of achieving the targets set by the Manager and the School.

**Skills required

- Min 3 years experiences in Luxury sales Area;

- English proficiency.

The knowledge of other languages is a plus;

- Proficiency in Office Suite and Salesforce;

- Passionate about Fashion;

- Ability to work in team;

- Focused on result and goal oriented.
