Description**:

We are looking for individuals to join our origin operations function in Asia.

In this role, you will execute the end-to-end movement of shipments within a regional network including Ocean or Air and LCL imports and exports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute booking and documentation processes with clients /carriers

- Working collaboratively with our partners and suppliers to effectively manage our customers' shipments at origin

- Ensuring that shipments move on time and that all exceptions are handled smoothly.

You will have service level agreements and key performance indicators to meet daily.

- Ensure the smooth execution of all international import and export activities within Asia

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- One or two years plus of freight or logistics experience in China

- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines

- A customer-focused approach to solving problems

- A Mandarin speaker with basic English skills.

(Please note high English competency is not required for this position)
