Full time - unlimited Your contribution to the energy transitionAs our Origination Manager, you will have the chance to partner with local co-developers to grow the project pipeline while managing feasibility and commercial matters. If you have a deep understanding of the solar and storage markets in Italy, a proven track record in closing origination deals, and a strong network within the industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You can look forward to the following tasks:

Identify, analyze, and negotiate solar and storage co-development opportunities. Manage and develop JUWI's legal agreements (Development Service Agreement and Share Purchase Agreement), origination, and development strategy. Maintain constant communication with the development, legal, and engineering teams to advance origination deals. Build and maintain key relationships with various co-developers, land introducers, and consultants. Expand the pipeline of projects under development by selecting high-quality opportunities from a feasibility and economic perspective. Engage proactively with Operations and Development regarding Elgin's project pipeline updates. Continue to evolve and build existing knowledge and understanding of the renewable energy industry by monitoring media and attending industry conferences where relevant or required. Assess and present energy policy updates, industry insights, key challenges, and changes in the marketplace. Your energy is requiredYou impress us with these qualifications:

Fluency in Italian is essential with a minimum English level of B1. 5+ years of experience in originating and closing solar and BESS co-development deals in Italy. Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business management, engineering, or a related discipline. Proven strong relationships within the energy industry in Italy. Deep understanding of the renewables market in Italy. Strong commercial mindset, initiative, and self-motivation. Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude, coupled with a high level of resilience. Experience with the full development lifecycle is an advantage, as the role requires a 'big picture' thinker. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive, can-do attitude. Financial modelling experience is a good advantage. You have more to offer? We will gladly consider it.
