DeepInspect is searching for this role: OT Support DeepInspect is looking for IT, OT and IOT specialists able to manage the after-sales support process in case of damages or malfunction of the products (on which the asset will be properly trained in the first stage) The activities will be organized in work shifts to cover 24 hours service and holidays.
The support will be remote and will include the following activities: Provide information and operating instructions for the resolution of issues in the configuration of the product Activate the process of replacement of the appliances in case of HW failure Activate the software corrections and release of updates in case of obvious product bug The support will be either in Italian or in English and the resolution will be guaranteed in 72 hours.
The perfect candidate should meet the following requirements: Degree in Computer Engineering and similar Experience in CRM Knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols Knowledge of the Linux operating system General knowledge of SCADA systems Knowledge of Jira, SW tool used for the Trouble Ticket Management System (TTMS) Basic Knowledge on the Management of Support Procedures (Wiki) Fluent English Excellent communication skills Problem Solving This is full-time opportunity.
