Role Overview: Be responsible to define the Digital Pharmacy strategic evolution, to win digitally with Pharmacists for Italy. This role will be responsible to define plans, explore and implement innovative ways and tools to engage with the defined audience and set the right A&P allocation to deliver the plan. This role will work in strong partnership with Multichannel Specialist to ensure the proper and timely execution of the strategy, as well as with Comex and Pharmacy Sales team to make sure to deliver relevant and effective approach. Key Responsibilities: Define the Digital Pharmacy strategy evolution to win digitally with Pharmacists. Define plans, innovative ways and tools to engage with the audience and the right A&P allocation to deliver the plan. Define OTC media brief to deliver the plan and collect inputs from Oral care and VMS manager to complete the digital offer with these categories. Develop and implement the Haleon PharmAcademy Project and its future development. Guide the evolution of HHP (new activations and project management) supported by Multichannel specialist. Manage end-to-end KOL engagement according to priorities and projects. Explore and manage new opportunities to deliver the plan, leveraging partnerships with scientific associations or other partners in the Pharmacy environment. Cooperate and control external agencies and service providers. Collaborate with the BU and with Global teams to get inspired, share learnings and scale projects. Provide guidance on OTC content to support Pharmacy trainers in their content development for trainings with Clients and sales agents. Develop professional, empathetic working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (KEE, associations). Demonstrate strong competence in presentation, communication, and project management. Manage complexity and cross-functional teams. Exhibit high level of autonomy required to define strategy and implement it and to properly interact with Global teams. Possess good knowledge of software systems (MS Office). Maintain a high level of integrity. Be patient/consumer focused, with experience of turning insight into action. Show strong leadership & influencing skills across multiple stakeholder levels. Proactively identify business opportunities and innovative solutions. Deliver to critical timelines. Exhibit strong communication and influencing skills.
