As an Outbound Sales Executive at Odoo, we adopt a consultative sales approach. In this role, you'll drive growth through proactive outbound outreach and generating new leads. You'll connect with companies, understand their needs, and present innovative solutions to digitize their operations. Responsibilities Concretely, you will: Lead generation : research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, and industry events. Lead the entire sales cycle : conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers, qualifying their business needs & processes, provide potential customers with a tailored demonstration of Odoo, and handle the closing of the deals. Develop relationships and build trust with clients. Demonstrate the product: new apps, features, and new versions to end-users. MUST HAVE Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1). 1 to 5 years of experience in IT/Sales. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to help them grow their businesses. Master demos of our software. NICE TO HAVE Smart, quick, and autonomous learner. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and competitive environment. Entrepreneur mindset & not afraid to take appropriate initiatives. Positive attitude and solution-oriented. Passion for IT. Help the team develop the outbound strategies to put in place. Direct contact with customers from initial contact to closing. Opportunity to develop personal network with decision makers from different industries.
