We are looking for aSenior Business Developer, with a specific focus on Partnerships and Outbound, to join our team. The ideal candidate has astrong passion for the environment and sustainability, as well as strategic thinking and excellent communication skills. Responsibility Identify and evaluatenew market opportunitiesand develop strategies to expand the company's business, in Italy and abroad Build and maintain strongrelationshipswith customers, partners and stakeholders Conductmarket research Manage salesinitiativesandnegotiationof contracts and commercial agreements Create and presentvaluepropositions for customers and partners Requirements Ability toanalyze data, interpret results and make evidence-based decisions Understanding the dynamics of the environmental sector and thechallenges related to biodiversity, at national and international level Familiarity with CRM tools, market analysis software and environmental monitoring technologies Excellent communication skillsboth written and oral Proficiency inEnglishand preferablyother languages(French, German, Spanish) Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, environmental management, biology, environmental engineering or related field Proactivityand ability to identify and exploit new business opportunities Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment Ability to work ina team Our offer Permanent contract Hybrid (2 days of presence at the Milan office) Salary commensurate with level of experience: from 40k to 50k of RAL including variable Company PC and contracted psychologist Dynamic, young environment, with a strong vision for environmental protection This role offers an opportunity to have a significant impact on biodiversity conservation and climate strategy, working with a variety of clients to deliver bespoke sustainability projects.
