Your role**:

As the Outlet District Manager Central and South of Italy you will be part of the Retail Team and you will directly report to the Retail Director WW, being responsible for a retail network of mature and top stores, managing daily operations and visits to achieve consistency and efficiency.

**What you will do**:

- Manage a retail network of mature and top full price stores daily on-site to maximize potential

- Build and establish commercial & customer centric mind-set at Store Manager and Assistant Manager level through KPI and service excellence trainings (daily/weekly/monthly)

- Inspire, motivate, develop, and coach your team through effective leadership to ensure that sales targets are achieved

- Full P&L responsibility of the respective area

- Develop brand awareness in each location through local networking and market activity

- Perform permanently store visits to train, support, motivate and develop entire store teams

- Report actions to Retail Director WW on a regular basis

- Liaise with HQ functions in Italy to give store and market insights in order to improve overall performance

**Experience & qualifications you will bring**:

- 5+ years of experience in Retail Management in the Fashion business, preferably in the Premium space

- KPI driven mindset with strong analytical skills

- Ability to work in fast paced environments and to achieve business goals with tight deadlines

- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: Fino a €70. 000, 00 all'anno
