We are on the lookout for passionate Outlet General Manager to join the summer season 2025 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of the outlet, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service leading to creating unforgettable moments for guests' worth sharing. The main duties and responsibilities are:

• Managing day-to-day restaurant operations, providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and

ensuring smooth flow of operations

• Monitoring customer satisfaction, responding to feedback and complaints, and ensure positive

image preservation

• Maintaining high service standards, food quality, and presentation to meet guest expectations.

• Monitoring reports, customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends to ensure

successful restaurant concepts and services

• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment management procedures to provide

world-class hospitality services. The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant role within the international luxury hospitality

industry; 3 years of which in managerial position

• Master's Degree in Hotel Management is a plus

• Health and Safety Certification

• Proficient in Italian and English (additional languages are desirable)

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Time Management Skills

• Customer Service Orientation
