Outlet Supervisor
Minimum Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Higher STPM & above in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in F&B or a related field is required for this position.
Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Melayu.
Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift duty.
Willing to relocate.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing all aspects of operating an outlet and responsible for building, leading & managing a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales.
Responsibilities include:
Leading a store team to create and maintain a great experience for our customers and employees by supervising and directing, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the financial performance of the store.
Handling and managing the team, recruiting the right people, managing rosters, and staff costs.
Ensuring efficient operations according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Stock handling, inventory counting, and managing Cost of Goods.
Driving sales to meet targets and looking for further opportunities to grow sales.
Monitoring and meeting performance KPIs.
Communicating effectively with team members.
Working professionally - with a personal touch.
