Summary

Hyatt Centric Milano Centrale is looking for a brilliant F&B Outlet Supervisor for one of Milan's most beautiful lifestyle rooftops.

He/she has a natural flair for lifestyle hospitality and strong communicational skills.

The role involves actively up selling to each guest at each correct opportunity to maximize revenue and works to achieve personal and team related revenue and service goals.

He/she assists to ensure that all employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

He/she handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

He/she will maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships maintaining good customer relationships.

Manage and keep up smooth F&B outlet operations

Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies

Ensures that HACCP procedures are followed

Assessing and improving profitability

Responsible for on the job training of team members

Creating staffing rotas

He/she will spends time in the Outlet (during peak periods) to ensure that the Outlet is managed well by the respective employees and functions to the fullest expectations.

He/will assists to ensure that Food and Beverage employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments.

He/she frequently verifies that only fresh products are used in food and beverage preparation.

Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.

- To ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times, reinforcing Hyatt's Values and culture characteristics

- At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience.

- Strong experience in F&B service

- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.

- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations maintaining composure and objectivity under pressure.

- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary.
