COTT Electronics is a London/Hong Kong-based company manufacturing servers, TV-s, PC Components, providing complete solutions for the hospitality and security industries, as well as comprehensive and integrated network systems for any business environment.

We're looking for a passionate and driven Regional Sales Executive (SE) to join COTT team of our hospitality division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies

- Achieving sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage within assigned territory

- Researching prospects and generating leads

- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals

- Traveling throughout assigned territory to call on established and prospective customers to solicit orders and talk with customers.

- Building and maintaining a CRM database

- Building rapport with prospects and closing deals

- Introducing COTT products on behalf of the Company to maximize the opportunities presented

- Outstanding knowledge of COTT products (technical information to some extent)

- Being on the line with head office managers, providing (daily, weekly) updates

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED required

- 1+ year of sales experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication (strong presentation skills)

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Highly pro-active and able to work successfully alone as well as within a team to pre-determined objectives

- Positive, upbeat attitude, Professional appearance

- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and organize effectively

- Respected, honest and trustworthy with high levels of integrity.

- a successful track history of being in a Sales/Hunter role with a technology company is a bonus

- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment

- Average understanding of computer networking technology and industry trends is a plus

- Results oriented

Pay

- Commission based: 10 % (product price ranges from 8, 000 euros up to 100, 000 - depending on the size of the hotel)

**Salary**: €8, 000. 00 - €100, 000. 00 per month

- Milano, Lombardia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
