Ideal Candidate: Previous experience of 3 years in outside sales for international logistics and freight forwarding services.

Strong negotiation, sales and communication skills Strong understanding of the Italian market dynamics related to freight Proficiency in both Italian and EnglishKey ContributionsClient Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the designated territory.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Develop strategies to approach potential customers effectively. Sales Presentations:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of the company's services.

Demonstrate product knowledge and expertise in freight forwarding solutionsRelationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionNegotiation and ClosingNegotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.

Close sales by following up on leads and converting prospects into customers.
