As P2P (Purchase to Pay) Agent, you will be based in the TUI Italia headquarters in Sorrento and report to the Transactional Lead.

Our P2P department is responsible for the Supplier account management and Dispute process.

This means reconciling supplier balances, managing payments and supplier dispute treatment.

**ABOUT THE JOB

- you will be in charge of assisting with the Supplier accounts management, supporting the Transactional Lead with Accounting activities in accordance with the organization´s policies.

- you will be focused on processing supplier invoices, answering supplier queries and work closely with internal departments.

- you will review make review discrepancies and solve invoice incidences, identify and manage issues on supplier accounts, analyze supplier account status and validate prepayment as well as deposit requests.

**ABOUT YOU

- University degree in Business Administration preferred

- Experience in dealing with multiple suppliers

- Wide understanding of Finance;

- A team worker with very strong communication skills and able to deal with multiple stakeholders' expectations

- Proven decision-making skills with an excellent commercial judgement

- Result focused and strong attention to detail

- Strong Excel skills

Excellent English and Italian language skills, both verbal and written
