What you'll do & Who you are

We're seeking a motivated P2P Business Partner to join our finance team to contribute to the flow of our accounts payables process.

If you want to play a key role in optimizing operations and driving success within the business, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily finance operations of our local businesses (e. g.

review and approval of customer contracts, handling of customer payout and credit notes)- Collaborate with different local and teams- Handle further daily operations, including invoice checks and monitoring of local policies- Support month end close activities- Support preparation of financial statement according to local GAAP- Monitor Accounts Payable and processes- Work to align and optimise Finance operations and solve customer disputes

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - Languages: Fluency in both English and Italian (verbal and written). - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) for financial analysis. - Previous experience in accounts payables operations. - Knowledge of SAP (S4) is a plus. - Knowledge of accounting principles, financial control, and auditing processes.

Experience:

- Experience in Accounts payables/Administration area, preferably in services sectors. - Experience with digital companies is a plus. - Attention to details. - Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
