Role PorpuseLocation:

- High level design (including cost evaluation) for complex integrated solutions. Plan and coordinate the activities of the design phase, managing priorities and time schedule. Coordinate with the other units of Technology Departments and vendors to design the solutions in line with the customer expectation. Lead ICT Consultingcompanies/System Integrators/SW vendors/TLC Networking Vendors in the design phase implementing the most effective and efficient customer solutions.

-Ensure that the solutions designed adhere to customer requirements, provide technical documentation with project details and provide the cost base of customer profit and loss.

SkillsCore competencies, knowledge and experience:

- Good communication and relationship skills. Good understanding of corporate governance in complex organisations. Good Knowledge of TLC/ICT market and solutions for Large, Multinational Enterprise. Good knowledge of Public Administration customers and Consip Framework Agreement. Good knowledge of tender management and responses.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

- 5+ years of technical experience in international and highly complex organization. Commercial awareness. Relevant higher education in ICT field. Strong attitude to problem solving-Project management skills. Fluent in English. Financial skills
