Packaging Process Control Specialist We are looking for a Packaging Process Control Specialist to join our R&D – Packaging Department in our Home & Personal Care BU based in Italy.

How you make the difference The Process Control Specialist in the packaging department works for the entire BU Home & Personal Care.

The role represents a crucial partner for all activities correlated to the industrial department.

In addition, the role will support innovation and sales being responsible for sales out shelf and activation initiatives driven by MKTG and Trade MKTG.

How your agenda looks like : Out of shelf sales : Design packaging materials (expo and promotional packaging) to support initiatives related to innovation and sales team.

Cost out : Generate ideas and finalize executions for all cost out projects taking care about packaging development and validation.

Business continuity : Support procurement, planning, and manufacturing to secure production assuring backup and proper production capabilities.

Quality and efficiency improvement : Act as a partner for Quality and Production teams supporting them in finding solutions to improve their KPIs.

Innovate process and technical documentation : Generate ideas for technical and industrial process improvement.

Manage technical documentation suitable for all teams involved (Technical specification, Palletization scheme, Artwork approval process, SAP data entry, etc. ).

Your team : The direct manager would be the Packaging Coordinator.

The role does not include any reports.

What makes you a great fit : Graduation level needed: Mechanical, Chemical, Material or Food Engineering; chemical or any Scientific graduate with a basic understanding of packaging.

Competencies in packaging Material & Technology, Lab analysis and instrumental techniques for material analysis, Office program user; nice to have technical drawing capabilities (2D and 3D).

Local language Yes, English mandatory.
