Position Overview As aPaid Advertising Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital growth strategy, managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing performance, and scaling marketing efforts to drive brand visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute high-impactPPC campaignsacrossGoogle Ads, YouTube Ads, andFacebook Adsto achieve business objectives.

Strategically manage budgets ranging from$200, 000 to $500, 000, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign efficiency.

Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.

Continuously monitor and analyze campaign metrics, making data-driven adjustments for improved outcomes.

Implement bid optimization strategies and A/B testing to enhance ad effectiveness.

Ensure brand messaging consistency across all advertising channels.

Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experiencemanaging large-scale Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment.

Proven expertise inPPC optimization techniquesandperformance marketing strategies.

Proficiency in tools such asGoogle Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing platforms.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign management.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience targetingUS and European marketsis a significant advantage.

A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for digital marketing.

What We Offer Part-time:$55–$75/hour (minimum 4 hours/day, 16 hours/week).

Full-time:$9, 500–$11, 500/month, including comprehensive benefits and performance-based bonuses.

Flexible remote work across any time zone, as long as deliverables are met with accuracy and attention to detail.
