- Experience developing omni-channel growth marketing strategy, ideally for FMCG or Retail focused accounts or lines of business.

- Strategic knowledge and experience with managing a wide range paid marketing channels (e. g.

Search Engine Marketing, Display Advertising, Social Media Advertising, Direct Response) and track record of achieving growth and/or awareness marketing objectives.

- Experience coaching and managing direct/indirect reports

- Experience managing multiple stakeholders.

- Experience leading strategic marketing initiatives and driving alignment with cross-functional teams and leaders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with extracting and handling business and performance data to inform recommendations.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

- Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

- Advanced degree in business, marketing or advertising.

- Track record of operating within dynamic, high-ambiguous business situations.

- Experience delivering projects across multiple countries/regions.

- Media agency or in-house agency experience and/or advertising operations and media planning.

- Experience tackling in highly ambiguous business problems.

- Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills

- Experience in advertising operations or media planning

- Are highly detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills
