An exceptionally talented Performance Marketing Manager, expert in Search & Programmatic Display with experience managing medium to large digital media campaigns.

The Paid Media Director - Retail is the day-to-day lead on the strategic direction on our Amazon Advertising clients' Retail Media strategy and ensures the conceptualisation and delivery of an acceleration plan running from Awareness to Purchase, using the levers of Programmatic Display & Paid Search, and Retail Promotions.

**What will you do to get there ? ? **:

- Take the lead in developing our clients' Amazon Advertising strategies

- Lead a team of Retail Media Managers and support them for delivery of contracts

- Interact with our clients on a regular basis, in collaboration with Client Management, to understand their needs and budgets better, and to define and achieve their objectives.

- Participation in RFPs and industry events to project Jellyfish's expertise outside of the company

- Align media strategy with teams in other locations to ensure a globally aligned level of service

- Allocate and manage resources dedicated to clients

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in Paid Search and an understanding of Retail marketplaces like Amazon

- Client service experience

- Proven leadership track record - experience leading and growing teams is essential

- Ability to multi task in competing priorities and prior experience in resource allocation

- German skills would be a big plus

- Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred (desirable)
