The Urban Gym Group is seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising initiatives, collaborating closely with our marketing team to maximize ROI.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various channels and platforms (search engines (PPC) and display networks).

- Manage advertising budgets, allocating resources across different campaigns and channels to maximize ROI.

- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.

- Utilize audience targeting tools to reach specific demographics, interests, or behaviors, and refine targeting parameters based on campaign performance and insights.

- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize performance, using testing insights to refine and improve campaign elements.

- Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithms, and platform updates, and implement new features and strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and effective ad creatives and a cohesive overall strategy,

- Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.

**You**:

- Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership to build out your channel.

- Have a analytical and data-driven approach to analyze channel & campaign impact on both short

- (conversion) & long-term (brand building) metrics.

- Are Fluent in English with Dutch as a native language.

- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Economics, or a related field.

- Have a Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.

- Proficient understanding of Google Ads (Search & Display).

- Are familiar with Google Analytics.

- Experience within a paid media agency will be advantageous.

- Are eligible to work in The Netherlands.
