We are seeking a highly skilled **Paid Social and Display Manager** to join our team, with the purpose of step changing patient and therapist growth via paid social and display channels.

You will be joining a team of highly skilled marketers whilst collaborating with other departments such as Design, Product and Data.

You will be responsible for taking growth from paid social and display channels to new levels, focussing on account optimisation, high quality creative production and testing as well as advanced measurement at international level.

**AS A PAID SOCIAL AND DISPLAY MANAGER YOU WILL**:

- Responsible for building, scaling and optimizing a data-driven paid social and display strategy across META, Google, Tik Tok, Criteo, etc.

- Responsible for hitting patients and therapists growth targets, deploying a sizable budget, within healthy unit economics.

- Analyze performance and user behavior, to derive marketing decisions and make recommendations to a number of stakeholders ie, regional marketing leaders, design, product with the objective to constantly improve performance.

- Provide regular performance reports and ad-hoc channel analysis, including weekly and quarterly reportings

- Bring a strong experimentation mindset to drive incremental business impact, with strong knowledge of A/B testing and conversion lift products.

- This role will report to the Head of Paid Media.

? **YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE**:

- 3+ years experience in a similar role.

- Channel expertise: demonstrated direct experience and/or ability to set-up, optimize and grow via direct response channels such Paid Social, Display, App, Retargeting.

- Financial management and discipline: experience producing channel forecasts (spend, conversions, etc)

- Data mindset: able to analyze independently channel performance as well as running ad-hoc data exploration

- Proven track record of growth via a strong experimentation framework (fluent with a/b testing, incrementality & attribution).

- Hands-on attitude, a lot needs to be created from the ground up, builder mindset.
