Paid Social Media InternWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media advertising and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The intern will gain hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms while contributing to strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities: Daily Monitoring of Paid Social Media Campaigns: Oversee and track paid social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Ensure all campaigns are running smoothly and within budget. Campaign Setup and Budget Tracking: Maintain and manage internal trackers to monitor campaign setups and budget allocations, ensuring adherence to the planned strategies. Data Management and Reporting: Aggregate and manage data from multiple platforms to produce comprehensive reporting decks. Assist in preparing detailed performance reports, extracting valuable insights for the team to optimize campaign effectiveness. Campaign Launch Support: Assist the paid social team with the setup and execution of new campaigns, ensuring all elements are in place for a successful launch. Cross-Channel Coordination: Collaborate with the organic social media team to ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies, maximizing the overall performance of social channels. Research and Targeting Insights: Conduct in-depth research on target audiences to help identify key trends and opportunities for growth, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives. External Agency Coordination: Manage, review, and control documentation provided by external agencies, ensuring it meets internal standards and requirements. Performance Optimization: Regularly analyze campaign performance, generating daily reports to identify key insights and opportunities for continuous optimization. Requirements: Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential to manage data and extract meaningful insights. You will be expected to handle large datasets and generate reports that support strategic decisions. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Italian is required, as you will be working with international teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication across markets. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You will frequently collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including agencies, and present insights clearly and effectively. Social Media Platform Knowledge: A strong familiarity with the social media landscape, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook Ads. Any experience with additional platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat will be highly valued. Positive and Proactive Attitude: We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement, and willing to take on challenges with enthusiasm. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is required. Relevant coursework or projects demonstrating digital marketing expertise will be considered a plus. What to expect next…

We take the time to compare and contrast all the CVs we receive in order to make a shortlist of candidates we will then invite to interview with the HR team and the Paid Social Media Lead.
After this initial interview, if the candidate is a match, a second interview will take place at our offices.
The internship will last for 6 months and will be based at our offices in Milan, located at Via Spadari 2. The expected start date is in November.
