**Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an experienced, motivated **Paid Social Media Specialist** to oversee the global paid social strategy on our Digital Marketing team.
This person will work closely with other teams to drive brand awareness and user acquisition for the business.
We are looking for a creative-thinking, solutions-oriented, and analytically-minded paid social marketer.
The Paid Social Media Specialist will implement and continuously refine paid social best practices with an emphasis on strategic growth, KPI and conversion rate optimization, and ongoing data-driven testing.
He/She must Identify trends and trajectory, current opportunities, roadblocks and solutions, implement new initiatives with media analysts and report performance and progress to internal stakeholders and introduce and scale new and additional platforms, ad types, tactics and strategies (i. e.
TikTok, Reddit, Contextual advertising) to drive continuous growth at a positive ROI.
**What you will do**:
- Drive awareness, consideration, and user acquisition to contribute to business topline goals
- Work with media agency to manage, iterate, and optimize a robust program across paid social platforms like Meta, Instagram and TikTok
- Partner with other Paid Media Team Leads to share learnings and align on cross-channel strategies/tests
- Work closely with internal creative team to develop campaign assets that are attention grabbing, drive business impact, adhere to best practices, and allow for testing and learning
- Analyze channel data as well as work with Marketing Data Science and Analytics teams on more complex analyses and projects
- Partner with Organic Social team to stay up to date on initiatives and identify opportunities for collaboration to contribute to shared goals
**Requirements for this role**:
- Proven working experience in paid social media marketing (at least 2 years)
- Strong proficiency with Meta Advertising and experience across TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of paid social measurement, conversion tracking, full-funnel KPIs, attribution models, and various study methodologies (conversion and brand lift, A/B split testing, etc)
- Confidence working in Excel/Google Sheets to build and analyze reports to identify trends and tell stories with data.
- Data-driven, self-starter, creative thinker with a relentless focus on optimizing business KPI's (CTR, CPL, CPA, CVR, ROI, ROAS).

- Up-to-date on the latest performance marketing trends, channels and strategies to drive growth.
Excited about the evolution of social media and stays on top of the latest social media trends and how competitors/other business are leaning in
- Excellent Organizational Skills And Ability To Balance Multiple Responsibilities, Structured thinking and communication of plans and performance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken) and you enjoy cross-departmental collaboration
