JOB PURPOSE The Social Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across all platforms. Reporting directly to the Prada's Paid Social Media Manager, the successful candidate will develop and implement strategies, oversee campaign performance, and provide valuable insights to drive business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Planning: develop social media paid activity plans aligned with the overall campaign calendar. Creative Asset Coordination: coordinate the creation and delivery of creative assets and copy for social media paid campaigns. Campaign Implementation: accurate implementation of all campaign elements, creatives, copy, formats, tracking parameters, and go-live dates. Performance Tracking: monitor social media paid campaigns and their key performance indicators (KPIs). Reporting: provide regular weekly and monthly reports, analysis, and insights on campaign performance. Optimization: conduct worldwide analysis, optimization analysis, and reporting to help the social media team improve campaign performance. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong foundation in paid social media channels and platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Youtube, Linkedin). Proven experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and others. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and writing skills in both Italian and English.
