Pandora Italia is looking for a passionate and brillant PR & Influencers Manager whoworks as a part of the cluster Marketing team from our office in Milan. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLEPR & Influencers Manager ensures the company's strategies are communicated to and executed within the Cluster, granting alignment to global guidance. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCreate and define the annual PR plan and the PR plans for each campaign and focusCreate and define a digital PR plan for the marketsManage local media relationships directly and through the coordination of the external PR agency Manage local influencers (mapping, selection, negotiation when directly dealt, contract definition) and keep track of the evolution Manage the organization of press days and eventsManage all event and influencers agencies eventually involved in various projectsScouting of new talents and trends in the social media sceneDrive execution of special projects with talents and creative agenciesManage the product assortment needed for press office activities Responsible for the monthly budget consumption in the areas of responsibility (providedregular cost registration) and interact with Finance Department for related updatesCascade information and support to the Cluster on all PR & Influencers related activitiesCoordinate the involvement of the Cluster in relation to all global events Ensure constructive input to Global PR based on markets' needPROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of solid experience working within PR and influencers1+ years of people management roleExperience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry, experience from global organizationFluent in English - verbally and writtenPERSONAL SKILLSExcellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills (with peers across the business as well as with media and agencies)Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required. Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment, meeting work deadlines effectively.
