For our Panerai HQ based in Milan, we are looking for a Panerai Digital Advertising Coordinator.
We are looking for a strong, analytical and results-oriented Digital Advertising Coordinator, who will be responsible for executing and managing full funnel digital campaigns.
As Digital Advertising Expert, you will be:
- Responsible for Paid Search strategy and execution on a global and local scale: to define global KPI frameworks and measurement plans for performance activations based on multiple data sources and historical performance
- Leader for strategic development and implementation of Display Media planning and roll out of branding advertising campaigns globally
- Accountable in forecasting budgets and ensuring the reach of traffic and revenues targets from paid media channels
- Able to monitor performances to ensure efficiency and avoid overspending
- Guarantor of advertising campaigns roll-out for all regional websites worldwide, liaising with external partners and agencies as well as internal stakeholders from marketing, commercial and product categories
- Champion of advertising trends: develop competitive benchmark analysis and research on industry trends and new digital advertising channels and formats
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Forecast the digital advertising budget needed to reach defined targets in terms of traffic and sales
- Define advertising strategies across different channels to ensure luxury customer journeys at the highest standard
- Devise tactical online campaigns for new product launches and seasonal promotions to drive eComm business
- Liaise internally with different teams and externally with partners and agencies for coordinating activities and verifying results
- Monitor Spending and Return On Investment
- Overview the execution of campaigns by the media agency in terms of performance and quality
- Be the go-to person for technical topics connected to digital advertising (XML feeds, tracking pixels)
- Team up with colleagues world-wide to support local plans based and day by day follow up.
- Plan and follow-up annual, quarterly and monthly report
- Monitor competitor's marketing activities and provide insights
- Share advertising trends on a regular basis with the immediate and wider teams
- Report on A&P budget with full accuracy
- Maintain accurate media budget spending forecast and updates
**PROFILE
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing advertising campaigns worldwide, in different languages and on different channels
- Excellent knowledge of Paid Search
- Excellent knowledge of upper and middle funnel channels (programmatic display, paid social, youtube)
- Good knowledge of other lower funnel channels (paid social, retargeting)
- Good knowledge of app promotion campaigns
- Knowledge of the Affiliation channel
- Knowledge of XML feeds optimization
- Experience in testing tracking pixels; knowledge of Javascript would be a plus
- Knowledge of Tag Management tools
- Ability in analysing data and KPIs
- Knowledge of Web Analytics (Google Analytics)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; French would be a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Attention to details and deadlines
- Capacity of negotiation and prioritization
- Experience in managing people and coordinating providers would be a plus
- Ability to elaborate and present data
- Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a can-do attitude and a willingness to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of the luxury industry would be a plus
