Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy and Transformation, we are looking for a brilliant **Digital Project Manager based in the Milan Headquarter**, to support the digital growth strategy of the Maison.
The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing digital projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified scope.
Will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Digital Product, Marketing, Commercial, CRM, Data and and Supply Chain teams.
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be required to:
- Implement the framework of the entire project
- Know all the areas affected by a digital project
- Master excellent knowledge of project management to draft all the steps of the project, anticipate deadlines, monitor the expected results
- Champion digital collaboration methods among the project stakeholders
The Digital Project Manager will be involved in the following activities:
- Manages a digital project **from inception to completion**, ensuring that it is delivered **on-time, within scope and within budget**:
- Manages the relationship with **cross-functional stakeholders** (mainly Marketing, Commercial, CRM, Data, Supply Chain teams)
- **Drafts project plans and tracks activities** against the project schedule and KPI's
- Supports in identify** KPIs** against specific projects and interact with **Data Analyst**:
- **Identifies and mitigates project risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle**:
- **Monitors costs, timescales, and adherence to scope**, and acts where these deviate from agreed tolerances
- Ensures that own projects are formally closed and, and that **lessons learned are recorded.

- **Produces reports** to summarize the status of strategic initiatives.
- Supports in **defining and monitoring the budget of the department**:
- Supports in implementing the **global digital transformation roadmap at local markets** according to the digital maturity level
- Creates and maintains **comprehensive project documentation**:
- **Values and promotes digital initiatives for solving complex problems and identifying new opportunities**:
- Actively participates in team events and works collaboratively with **technical experts and local subsidiaries to ensure adherence to governance processes.
The Digital Project Manager will have the following skills:
- Degree in STEM disciplines.
Different qualifications will be considered as long as they have significant experience in the role
- Minimum of 4/5 years' experience in similar roles
- Competences in Agile and Waterfall (Lean certification would a plus) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence )
- Competences in Data Platforms & Analytics
- Previous experience and/or a strong interest in digital organizations
- Competences in Web Marketing would be a plus
- Basic Finance knowledge would be an advantage
- Fluent English and Italian
