Marketing SpecialistYour MissionFor our Panerai Milan HQ, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist.

He/She is an important contributor in the development and execution of the global Marketing Strategy. He/She acts as a bridge between HQ Marketing, Communications, Product, Creative, Digital, CRM, and Commercial Department and Markets. The Marketing Specialist works on creating, developing, and executing Marketing campaigns, new product launches, and sales enablement, in order to guarantee that the brand communication is consistent with the brand identity and the strategic priorities. How will you make an impactContribute to the creation of the Global Brand Calendar with a 360 and omnichannel mindset approachAnalyze product and marketing campaigns, sell-in and sell-out data, and consumer dataCreate Marketing Activation Briefs for Internal and External Agencies, proactively bringing and exploring new ideasResponsible for content creation with the Creative Department, ensuring assets are impactful and delivered on a timely manner, following retro planningParticipate in the implementation of the Brand Guidelines and corresponding Marketing Plan for the marketsEnsure the timely finalization of Launch Packages with a Comprehensive 360° approachAssist in the development and implementation of the Company's Brand StrategySupport in Special Projects CoordinationCollaborate day-to-day with HQ departments to ensure alignment with Brand IdentityCoordinate between Panerai HQ teams and regions through the 360 activation planHow will you experience successDegree in Business & MarketingAnalytic Skills with the use of different databases and sensitivity to numbersCreative, passionate, eager to learn; ability to work with different teamsCollaborative with team spirit and a positive attitudeMinimum of 2-3 years in the marketing field required; luxury experience will be a plusExcellent Time Management and respect for DeadlinesAttention to Detail is Key; Strong Interpersonal SkillsStrong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced corporate environmentEffective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the departmentProficient in all modern office software including Excel and PowerPointProficiency in English mandatory; French is a plus- You will be part of a dynamic Maison where your skills and talents will be recognized. - You will share with us the same values such as "enriching communities, care attitude, continuous improvement, efficient accountability.
