Marketing Specialist Your Mission The Marketing Specialist is an important contributor in the development and execution of the global Marketing Strategy; he/she acts as a bridge between HQ Marketing, Communications, Product, Creative, Digital, CRM and Commercial Departments, in developing and executing Marketing campaigns, including content creation, offline and online media, new product launches and sales enablement, in order to guarantee the brand communication is consistent with the brand identity and the strategic priorities.
How will you make an impact The Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing & Media Manager:
Contribute to the creation of the Global Marketing and Communication Annual Calendar with a and omnichannel mindset approach Analysis of the product and marketing campaigns, sell in and sell out data, consumer data Media analysis and reports of the competition and markets' campaigns, with specific implementations Prepare Extensive Briefs gathering needs of all local and central Marketing teams to support product launches Follow-up contents creation with the Creative Department, ensuring assets are delivered on a timely manner Participate to the Panerai Marketing Plan Guidelines and corresponding Marketing Plan implementation of the markets Ensure the finalization on-time of the Launch Packages with a Comprehensive ° approach Assist in the development and implementation of the Company's Brand Strategy Support in Special Projects Co-ordination Comprehensive Day to day Collaboration with HQ departments to ensure alignment with Brand Identity Coordination between Panerai HQ teams & regions liaison through the activation plan How will you experience success Degree in Business & Marketing Analytic Skills with the usage of different data base and sensitive to numbers Ability to work with different teams Collaborative and with team spirit and positive attitude Creative person , passionate, eager to learn Excellent in Time Management and respecting Deadlines Attention to Detail is Key, Strong Interpersonal Skills Minimum of 2-3 years in the marketing field required Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced corporate environment Multi-tasking management skills with flexibility on shifting priorities and deadlines Effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department Proficient on all modern office software including Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency in English mandatory, French is a plus Interview process 1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you to conduct an introductory call
2nd Stage – Interview with the Marketing & Media Manager and our HR department.
3rd Stage - An additional interview/business case with peers may be necessary.
