For our Panerai HQ based in Milan, we are looking for an **Operations Specialist **in the Creative Department.

Reporting to the VM & Operations Director, the Operations Specialist will manage the operational activities to support the creative department in the production and implementation of temporary projects (pop ups, hubs and special events) at a worldwide level; moreover he/she will coordination the related logistics flow and temporary projects, cost analysis and reports.

**Main Responsibilities

- Working with the Store and event design team, he/she guarantees the Operational management of temporary projects (pop ups, hubs and special events) relating to construction and set up

- Follow up budget / costs of temporary projects (pop ups, hubs and special events)

- Supervise the logistic management of boutiques, corners and temporary projects

- Manage the orders of furniture of boutiques, corners and temporary projects

- Management of invoices and re-invoicing at branches

- Boutiques' construction cost analysis after the opening

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in economics/management with logistics knowledge

- Strong analytical skills and multitasking approach, accuracy and focus on detail

- Problem solving and result oriented

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, PowerPoint and Excel

- Fluent in English
