RoleToscotec has an opportunity for a Papermaker to join the Customer Service Area in our Marlia plant. As a Papermaker you will be responsible for:Collaborating in testing and start-up of Tissue machines and plants by interfacing with other supervisors involved in assembly and start-up. Optimizing the plant in the post start-up phase, with identification and management of residual problems. Contributing to the training phase of machine operators at the company site and/or at the installation site, involving them during all phases of testing and start-up. Contributing to plant preparation and execution of Performance Test up to final acceptance according to contract and customer objectives. To be successful in this role you will:Display good communication skills with fluency in EnglishHave an excellent knowledge of process diagrams (P&ID, PFD)Have a problem solving and proactive attitudeHave a good team work attitudeBe Available to travel for frequent business tripsQualificationMaster's Degree in Paper Industry Production, Paper & Cardboard engineering or Chemical engineering is a plusPrevious experience in Plant Production in the Paper Industry
