Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Type of Contract: Permanent (Indefinite)

Job Objective: We are looking for a highly motivated Paralegal to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you will play a key part in managing legal documentation, drafting contracts, and providing legal guidance related to interpretation and translation services.

Your expertise will help ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities: Review, draft, and edit legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and claims. Coordinate and manage legal documentation related to clients and interpreters. Conduct legal research on local, national, and international regulations impacting interpretation services. Prepare and organize legal reports, documents, and materials for internal and external use. Translate legal documents between English and Spanish as needed. Provide interpretation services during depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings. Requirements: Degree in law or a related field. 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in professional services, corporate law, or intellectual property. Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher). Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented professional.
