We are seeking a Part time Audio Visual Technician to work at the Marriott Shoals Hotel and Spa located in Florence, Alabama.

What you would do as an Audio Visual Technician: Prep, set, and strike audio visual equipment and keep inventory updated at all timesConsistently keep track of inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashionOperate AV equipment with full understanding of signal flow and equipment specificationsDetermine equipment shortages while preparing equipment order and offer substitutionsKeep open lines of communication with management at all timesFollow strict guidelines and a rigid scheduleRepresent INSPIRE in a professional manner and follow grooming and attire policies in placeContinue our long-standing respectful relationship with clients and hotel staffWork in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where input is always appreciatedProtect company equipment as if it were your own and report any damages to respective personnelMaintain a clean and safe working environment at all timesAny other duties that are assignedWhat your background should be of an Audio Visual Technician: Experienced with audio visual technologyStrong customer service and overall communication skillsYou can lift at least 50 pounds on your ownWhat we always look for in an Audio Visual Technician: A self-starter who can lead but also works well with othersAn excellent organizer, good communicator, and motivatorService-oriented individuals who are always willing to help the teamA hard worker who doesn't mind working long hours and holidaysFlexibility - someone who can handle change well
