Assist in planning and coordinating events, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor management Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other event staff to ensure smooth execution of the event Coordinate with influencers to ensure they adhere to the event schedule, follow the provided guidelines, upload content on time, and attend the event as planned.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations Assist with post-event follow-up and data collection Requirements Proven experience in event planning or coordination (internships, part-time roles, or volunteer work accepted) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Experience working with event vendors, suppliers, venues, and influencers Knowledge of event logistics and operations
