We are a prestigious fashion brand specializing in custom-made women's blazers and suits, with a boutique in Milan and a showroom in Monaco. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant to join our team at the Monaco showroom. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative individual with a passion for fashion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage both administrative tasks and social media content creation

**Position Title**: Part-Time Executive Assistant with Social Media Photography, Supplier Management Skills, and Fluency in English

**Location**: Monaco Showroom

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and providing executive support.

- **Supplier Coordination**:

- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and high-quality materials.

- Handle communications with suppliers regarding orders, invoicing, and product quality.

- Assist in negotiating terms and contracts with new and existing suppliers.

- **Social Media Photography**:

- Capture high-quality images of showroom products and events for social media.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content.

- **Client Relations**: Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a high level of service.

- **Event Coordination**: Organize and manage showroom events, liaising with suppliers for any event-related needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in fashion or luxury retail.

- Proficiency in managing supplier relationships and supply chain logistics.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Photography skills with experience in social media content creation.

- **Fluency in English** is required; proficiency in French is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with inventory management systems or supply chain software.

- Understanding of fashion and luxury materials sourcing.

- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
