**About the opportunity**:
We are now looking for a **Part-time Finance Administration Manager** who will **focus on **HR/Payroll administration** and general finance assistance of the finleap connect Group concerning our **Italian operations.
** You will work with the local management team to drive our administrative and operational efficiency.
You will get to be a part of a cross-functional team across offices with a very broad impact with a significant opportunity to take ownership.
We are working in hybrid mode, however due to the nature of this position, frequent work days from our local office in Milan are required.
As a Part-time Finance Administration Manager - HR/Payroll you will:
- Interface between Finance (tax advisor/freelancer), HR and external / internal stakeholders
- Contact for internal and external stakeholders on local payroll, finance and tax topics
- Check and authorize passive invoices
- Support reimbursements of travel expenses/ticket restaurant cards
- Support bank account reconciliation and authorize recurring payments
- Support of the external local payroll service provider
- Support in the preparation of monthly / annual financial statements for our Italian entity for finance & HR-related matters
- Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts in cooperation with various business partners
- Support in overseeing external payroll tax and social security audits
- Coordinate and organize an office move (from a bigger office to a co-working space)
- Support our Managing Director in Italy when needed and reasonable
- In this role you will report directly to our Managing Director - Italy.
What will make you succeed?
- Sound experience in assisting finance departments and processing monthly payroll accounting in Italy
- Sound knowledge of Italian labor preferred and/or interest to deepen already existing knowledge
- Experience working in a cross-cultural setting, preferable in a support role
- Capacity to work under pressure and manage personal stress levels
- Problem solving ability, excellent communicator, strong organizational and time management skills
- Good numerical and report writing skills.
Able to build trust and enforce procedures
- Able to oversee multiple tasks, prioritizing as required.
