As a Hook-up manager, you will join the department ENCOS, in the business line ENCAR, conducting the following activities: - Provide technical support to Tendering initiatives carried on in Milan - Define Hook-Up Project Execution Plan, interfacing with Fabrication, T&I and commissioning in line with Project requirements - Support the Project Management Team into the definition of Hook-Up budget in line with the Project Execution Plan - Support Project Control in definition of schedule, staffing plan and cost control report - Define resources mobilization plan and ensure its implementation in cooperation with HR department - Ensure that Subcontract specifications and Technical Bid Evaluation are developed in a timely manner and in compliance with the Hook-Up execution strategy - Ensure the preparation of Hook-Up document list and Hook-Up procedures and specifications by Project Hook-Up lead - Participate team to engineering reviews (HAZID, Constructability, 3D model reviews, etc. )

- Plan, coordinate and control the Hook-Up phase of the project, in accordance with Client and contractual requirements, within time and cost constraints and in compliance with HSE and Quality procedures - Ensure offshore construction activities completion, effective handover to commissioning team and company final acceptance - Participate to initiative aimed to standardize department IT tools & documentation QUALIFICATION: Master Degree/Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: English B2 LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: permanent contract YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5-10 IT SKILLS: - Office suite: word, excel, outlook - (Autodest Autocad) SOFT SKILLS: - Problem solving; - Flexible and available to work on offshore rotation on board the vessels at national and international level - High Communication skills - Teamworking - Open mind NICE TO HAVE: Availability for international mobility or frequent missions LOCATION: Milan, Italy.

Mobility to travel to all international locations for missions and/or on permanent basis on offshore rotation.
