Partner Account Manager (M/F/D) - Italy
To accelerate our global expansion, expand our brand presence, we are looking for motivatedPartner Account Manager (m/f/d)for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible for thearea of North ItalyinMilan.
This role will report directly to theCountry Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.
Please note: this will be acontractemployment.
Your Job You will identify as well as continuouslysupervise and developa network ofregional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.
You will accompany theonboarding of new partnersand build asuccessful relationship.
You will organize and supervise theonline trainingfor our sales partners and implement theHornetsecurity partner program.
You will concludepartner business plansand always keep an eye on the successfuldevelopment of your sales partnersand distributions.
You will be expected to participate atfairs and partner eventsand present our solutions.
You willcreate relevant forecastsanddefine concrete measuresto ensure that the targets in Italy are achieved.
Internally, you will work with teams such as Sales or Marketing.
Externally, you willrepresent the companyas a personal contact person.
Update ourCRMwith relevant customer and deal information every week.
Your Profile You have a solid IT knowledge through your education, your academic studies or a comparable qualification – ideally in the area ofIT security or cloud services.
You have at least five years of professional experience in the field of IT and astrong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
You have relevantexperience indealing with sales partners and distributorsin Italy and have been able to successfully develop partners strategically and economically.
You have a talent forcommunicationand arecompetent and confident in dealing with partners and customers.
You offer ahigh willingness to traveland enjoyconvincing customers and partnersof Hornetsecurity Services in presentations and negotiations.
You will convince customers withyour winning personalityand enjoy working in aninternational team.
You are fluent inEnglish and Italian– both written and verbal.
Youmotivate yourselfwith your own successes and pursue your quarterly goals with passion.
You are anorganizational talentand know how toset prioritiesin favor of the Hornetsecurity Group.
