**What is the opportunity?
Omnissa is looking for experienced and motivated Partner Business Managers to join our Partner and Channel team in the UK.
Here is a breakdown of the responsibilities:
You will be responsible for building and developing the Omnissa partner ecosystem in your territory.
Your days will be split between working with the strategic partners to ensure that they have the competency and skills required to expand and grow Omnissa in the commercial customer segment.
The role will offer various opportunities and challenges.
It will thus require you to engage with internal and external stakeholders and deal with different business processes.
Your efforts will be to establish a balanced and diverse partner landscape to whom Omnissa will be a critical business partner across the UK.
**What will you bring to Omnissa?
Successful Partner Business Manager maximizes their time with partners, engaging in their business and exploring ways Omnissa can accelerate the business.
You will set a regular cadence for engagement with various stakeholders, including quarterly reviews and executive briefings.
You will cover a breadth of stakeholders for building actionable relationships with the partners' leaders, including sales, pre-sales, and services departments.
Your individual partner business plans will establish a foundation of intelligence and insight for both short-term tactical opportunities as well as long-term strategic success including marketing plans and activities.
You will be instrumental in supporting partners in developing best-in-class sales, consulting, deployment, and managed services practices, to help their customers in their workplace transformation journey and realize their own business goals.
Internally, you will work with the broader Omnissa team, Partner Community, as well as collaborating with our Go to market team to accelerate key programs and initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and an overall positive and energetic approach will set you apart from competitors.
