Mendix is a low-code app development platform**:

Find and recruit Partners that fit the desired Value-added Reseller profile for Mendix

Develop strategies and campaigns with partners (existing and new) to generate new business opportunities with their existing client base and beyond.

Work in close collaboration with Mendix Partner manager to ensure the ecosystem of partners is being aided in their Partner journey.

Qualifying business opportunities

Enabling new and existing partners on business development (prospecting, business qualification and positioning of Mendix).

Understand their partner's organization, products and services to best position Mendix

Leverage technical resources for partners to increase awareness of product functionality, selling features and best practices for success within their organizations

Successfully utilize the resources within the team; jointly determine strategy and methods to ensure success

Partner with Marketing to create strategies and enablement tools designed to support the above

Partner with the direct sales teams to maximize partner opportunities and minimize any conflict with partners

Other duties as assigned You're the innovator we need if you have:

1-2 years' experience in an outbound sales and/or partner focused role

Excellent communication and presentation skills, you can articulate complex ideas and strategies in Italian and English

Demonstrated ability to translate customer or partner needs into compelling business solutions

Ability to build relationships and influence cross functionally

Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Articulate and professional, enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results are required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer-focused work experience #LI-LP1 #LI-Remote
