Partner Manager - Italy
The Challenge
To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a Sales Development Representative.
Location: Milano, Italy
**What you'll do**- Contract new partners in the Country via outbound activities,
- Work closely together with sales, CSM and marketing team in the Country and across the organization in order to be aligned and improve partner relationships,
- Writing, producing, and presenting proposals to support partners in the sales journey,
- Execute partner campaigns and event campaigns in conjunction with the partner channel,
- Producing annual partner plans,
- Attending relevant (partner) events and congresses.
**What you offer
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration or similar field of study preferred;
- 2+ years of experience; previous experience in channel, partner, indirect sales is preferred;
- Your communication skills are above market standards;
- Great social and convincing skills;
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English;
- Italian native language;
- Experience in prospecting, including cold calling is strongly preferred;
- Ambitious to grow in the sales profession;
- Good analytical skills;
- Highly motivated to realize results;
- Experience within the technology markets Messagging, SaaS and/or CPaaS is an advantage;
- You are tech savvy

We provide messaging and voice channels, such as SMS, Over The Top (OTT) (e. g.
WhatsApp Business, Apple Business Chat, Google RCS, Facebook Messenger, and Viber), Voice API and SIP.
These messaging channels can be combined with cloud platform features, like Ticketing, eSignature, Customer Contact, identity services and a Customer Data Platform.
