We are seeking an experienced marketer who has previously driven real value and growth for businesses through performance marketing.

You will develop the marketing strategy, campaigns and marketing programs to enable Meta Business Partners to continue innovating and delivering value for Meta's clients, working closely with sales and marketing teams across our business organisation.

**Partner Marketing Manager, Audience Marketing Group, EMEA Responsibilities**:

- Develop, own and execute co-marketing strategy with strategic Meta Business Partners to millions of businesses on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp in EMEA

- Collaborate with Partner Managers to manage partner relationships

- communicate and negotiate value exchanges with partners setting joint business goals

Craft and review copy and design for sales and marketing collateral

- Analyse and communicate results in order to rapidly scale successful campaigns and learnings

- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, engineering and partnerships organisations

- Manage budgets and relationships with agencies and vendor teams

- Build a diverse and inclusive environment across the team, model inclusive behaviors, and hold managers accountable for ensuring the same

**Minimum Qualifications**:

Experience communicating to a variety of audiences across business and technology, knowledge of enterprise and small business needs

- Experience working in cross-functional and complex organisations

- Experience working with executive stakeholder and managing relationships across all levels of an organisation

- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment, sifting through large volumes of information, and driving clarity and focus
