**Your work-life opportunity**:
As a Partner Operations Support you will be a key representative on the Glovo Operation team helping handle the small partners in the company.
**Be a part of a team where you will**:
- Proactively call the partners providing assistance and understanding their needs
- Support the Partner Ops team in the daily tasks with main focus on partner retention and "educational" calls
- Answer to all enquiries from customers within the same day
- Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved.
- Bring innovation to and assist in the implement successful processes and automation opportunities
- Give status reports for each task you are involved in
**You have**:
- Preferably experience performing cold calls
- Mother tongue or proficiency in Italian is mandatory, along wit good English skills
- Good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
- Proactive, organized, and detail oriented
- Have good communication skills
- Fast learner, easy to adapt to a fast changing environment and able to work autonomously in a highly demanding environment
