The Opportunity

We are looking for a Solution Consultant to join the Adobe Italy team in Milan in order to support our fast growing business around Adobe Experience Cloud.

You will work with our outstanding products around Digital Analytics, Personalization, Content, Commerce, Customer Experience and be one of the main pilars of the Solution Consulting Team in Italy.

Being a Solution Consultant at Adobe is an outstanding opportunity to work with the biggest brands of Italy and participate to their most important digital marketing initiatives.

What you'll Do

- Support Adobe strategic partners through the delivery of technical presales workshops that align to the Enterprise Customer Journey, including custom demonstrations, enablement session, explaining demonstration tools and frameworks, initial point of views, discovery best practices, vision planning workshops, and reference architecture.

- Develop and maintain expert understanding of the digital experience ecosystem and position Adobe Experience Cloud strategy

Collaboration with Partner Sales Managers to define GTM strategy, create/identify new business opportunities and build technical presales delivery capability within our partner ecosystem

- Establish and grow relationships with technical resources at all levels of partner organizations

- Quickly learn new technologies and translate the features of Adobe DX solutions into business benefits and value

- Be responsible for RFI and RFP answers

- Be an official speaker to some of our local events

What you need to succeed

- Master degree in Computer Science or 5 years working in Digital Marketing technology

- Knowledge on several of the following: Content Management Systems, Personalization, Data Analysis, Commerce, Marketing Automation and Customer Data Platform.

- Conversant in enterprise product, solution and technology sales strategies, able to convert current knowledge and skills to the Adobe platform.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams

- Must be a self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced innovative environment, with high levels of teamwork and partnership

- Experience in working with international teams and remote colleagues
