**What you will be doing**:
As part of our Partner Success team, you'll handle Cashback campaigns, our killer feature (and other Value Added Services to come), by building and executing joint agreed business plans with our strategic Merchants in order to drive mutual growth and success, specifically:
- Build strong and long lasting relationships with our strategic Merchant Partners both in pre and after acquisition phases
- Define dynamics and strategy of new Cashback campaigns in order to meet Merchant expectations and reach shared target
- Analyse the performance of the running and expiring campaigns to easily renew them and improve outcomes
- Ensure Merchants satisfaction by providing recurring reports and sharing feedback
- Concretely turn data into insights and initiatives, together with great ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work

For this role in particular, we are looking for hungry and charismatic resources that will support Satispay's amazing journey and guarantee the best advertising experience to both our Merchants and Customers.
Someone with a strong personality that leads to superior performance, inspires genuine trust, builds strong relationships, finds the right solutions to the right problems and closes higher-value deals faster.
You will overperform your goals if you have:
- Proven experience (>2 years) as Inside Business Developer working in digital businesses
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (written and oral) to grab Merchants attention and interest
- Great analytical skills to target the right Merchants, in the right market with the right kind of campaign
Result oriented attitude and target driven approach
- Ability to manage complexity
- Solid knowledge of GSuite, especially spreadsheets
And you are:
- An hard-worker with proactive mentality and commercial acumen
- Capable of dealing with different types of Merchant, especially related to small and medium enterprises
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, consistently evolving business environment
- Humble, Optimistic and Team Player
- Proficient in English
**Logistic & Salary**:
The role is based in Milano.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
