**What you will do
**Key responsibilities**:
- Define, plan and implement media activities for SEM (Affiliate, Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social and Retargeting) across the multiple brands in our portfolio
- Optimize campaigns in order to reach revenue and ROAS targets
- Create and manage accurate and insightful reports on channel performance in order to present back results and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Proactively contribute to the improvement of campaign performance, identifying potential problems related to campaigns and proposing and executing solutions as well as areas that can be grown
Identify, develop and execute opportunities for automation and other efficiency improvements
- Research and adopt new tools and platforms to maximize results
- Support the Italian co-marketing team in reporting and marketing campaign analysis.

**You should have**:
- 5-8+ years of experience in consumer, and/or (online) retail marketing.
- Experience in similar role, successfully managing SEM (Search and Shopping), Paid Social, Affiliation, Analytics, Retargeting channels
- A proven track record in delivering stellar marketing activities online (B2B/B2C).
- Experience in making data-driven marketing decisions using market research, A/B testing, and other analytical tools to ensure end-user understanding.
- Great business acumen: you are used to navigating business KPIs and how to transform them into marketing initiatives and metrics.
- A strategic mindset and good project management skills.
- Experience working with international networks, brands, partners or companies, preferably in a fast paced environment.
- High understanding of different marketing channels, and adapting campaigns for different mediums and target groups.
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Italian
