**Your work-life opportunity**:
Cook Room is our delivery-only kitchen vertical: we provide an innovative shared-kitchen facility to our restaurant partners to support their expansion while making delicious and diverse types of cuisines available for our customers everywhere!
In response to the rapid growth in consumer demand for restaurant delivery meals, combined with the lower costs incurred by using these facilities, the demand for such solutions is booming.
**Be a part of a team where you will**:
- Own the full commercial funnel from sales acquisition, partner onboarding to partner growth and retention for Cook Rooms
- Manage partner relationship and performance, tracking against key metrics ensuring they meet operational, commercial and growth objectives
- Evaluate and build reports of the Cook Room portfolio and KPIs periodically
- Identify and build growth opportunities for partners inside of Cook Room through monthly analysis and reports
- Work closely and coordinate with internal commercial team to identify plans to make your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling)
- Work closely with local cook room team to understand partner needs, requests and operational best practices
**You have**:
- Passion for delivering an extraordinary customer experience in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry and major players
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Account Management/Revenue related role with provable track record - experience in the restaurant/food industry is a plus
- Italian and English proficiency is a must, spanish a plus
- You are resilient, impossible is not Glovo.

- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Capacity to leverage on data but not be a slave of it
- Capacity to identify the things that really move the needle
- Passion for food
- Experience in start-up environment is a plus
- An empathetic, positive and curious attitude
- Out of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative (proactive in finding new solutions to new issues)
