The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) provides the aftermarket and repair shops worldwide with modern diagnostic and repair shop equipment and a wide range of spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
About 16, 000 associates, as well as a global logistics network, ensure that spare parts reach customers quickly and on time.
MA supplies testing and repair-shop technology, diagnostic software, service training, and information services. In addition, the division is responsible for the "Bosch Car Service" and "AutoCrew" repair-shop network, one of the world's largest independent chains of repair-shops. As Partnership & Business Development - Workshop Concepts you are responsible for the Italian Market, with the following tasks:Implementation of the partnership and category management strategy in the Italian market in alignment with Local and European Team. Deploying the pan-EU deals in line with local requirements and workshops requirements. Negotiation of partnership and agreement, scouting opportunities with new OEMs and intermediariesOperative management of supplier, develop joint marketing plans to exploit collaboration and market opportunities.
Oversee planning, execution, and performance with each partner. Maintain positive and productive relationships with key partners. Continuous scouting in the market of opportunities, based on market needs, strategy and workshop requirements.
Recommend improvement and new collaborations. Interact internally (local and EU team) and externally (field force, workshops) to enhance the growth of partnership. Education:Completed university degree in the field of economics, engineer, or a comparable subjectPersonality & Working Practice:Strong result-orientation and self-motivation, analytical skills, negotiation skills, strong presentation and communication capabilities on all hierarchy levels and different target groups. Experience and Knowledge:Advanced experience in Category management/Business Development in IAM or comparable industries.
Experience in Retail/Network is desirable.
