ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Partnership & Customer Experience Agent (German & Italian Speaker) to join our dynamic Milan office.
You will work closely with the Partnerships and Customer Service teams to source, develop, and nurture relationships with new and existing partners while ensuring high-quality support to customers and venues.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Partnership Recruitment & Retention: This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in partnership recruitment, retention, and customer service.
Evaluate potential suppliers to ensure they meet TLC's quality standards.
Initiate contact with prospective German-speaking partners, including cold calls and follow-ups Re-engage and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing partners.
Clearly articulate TLC's offerings and value proposition to partners.
Support ongoing partnerships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to implement initiatives that improve partner retention and loyalty.
Customer Service Support: Act as the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, responding to inquiries and providing accurate information about TLC's campaigns.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a professional image.
Assist venues with operational or technical support related to TLC's websites or promotions.
Log and track customer and partner queries, providing timely updates and follow-ups.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Language Skills: Fluent in German and Italian (mandatory), with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both.
English proficiency is a plus.
Sales & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
Experience or interest in telesales, partnership development, or customer service.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Problem-Solving & Support: Solution-oriented mindset to manage issues and improve partner and customer experiences.
Ability to address and resolve customer or partner concerns professionally and efficiently.
Independent & Team-Oriented: Self-motivated, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
